Picture in Schmap
April 14, 2009
Schmap had asked me if they could use one of the photos in my Flickr photostream. They said that they would use it in their latest edition of Sheffield guide which will be published sometime around April.
It did not take me long to say ‘yes’ to them.
I am not getting paid for my picture to be used by them, but I don’t really care about earning money from photography (at least not for the moment). Publicity is what I am looking for (yes, mencapub if you like). They need a picture, and I want a stage.

Schmap seems like a really cool service. This photo (linked below) was requested for their New York City guide, and it’s now being used. I must say that I’d never heard of Schmap before, but it’s pretty cool having a featured photo in their guides!
Congrats!
